Freaky dieting

I just a program last night on diet swopping.  This guy had random eating pattern – sometimes nothing for breakfast and then a large chocolate bar for lunch.  Or 8 doughnuts for dinner.  Yuk!

No surprise he was using caffeine tablets to get himself going in the morning.  Really disturbing how thick some of the youth of today are.
